Although I only downloaded the app today, I'm liking what I have seen, so far. I have been playing around with it to try to learn the format and how to navigate around the app and have found it to be really user friendly. When listening to the fluent speakers' pronunciation, I really liked that the phrase was spoken by both male and female speakers, as I sometimes struggle with hearing/understanding low register voices. Although it can be a little disconcerting hearing the recordings of your own voice (nobody likes the sound of their own voice), it is really helpful to hear it played back-to-back with the fluent pronunciation for comparison and self critique. I think I'm going to have fun with this app and look forward to learning a little (or a lot) of Turkish before my holiday next summerDelilah64iPhone  

This app is amazing. I tried so many apps to try and learn the language I want to learn and they did not even have them. I got very frustrated on till I found this app. I looked around the app and saw thousands of languages. A moment later I finally found my language. My language learning has revolved around uTalk. I have made a big investment in your program because it works. The challenge is not only educational but therapeutic. I can always finish a lesson saying, "I learned a lot today." I have absolutely loved this app. It’s the only app I have found that teaches the correct Egyptian Arabic instead of just general arabic and so far it has helped me so much to communicate with my husbands family however I have got so far earning coins to go into new topics and I am now at the point where I have completed topics so have no way of earning anymore so either have to buy coins or pay the subscription to continue which is very disappointing as I didn’t want to stop using this app

This is a really great way to learn a language (or many, they have more than 100!) The games are good fun and there is so much to learn it's impossible to get bored. Earning coins is awesome too, I now have enough to unlock some more categories! Excellent.&lukeiPhone  

Finally got over my vocab learning phobia! For my GCSEs I have chosen to do 3 languages: French, German and Mandarin. As you can imagine that is a lot of vocabulary to learn, I have always been terrible at learning written language but this app makes it fun by turning it into a game! It has over 100 other languages to learn from and since then I have also started to learn a bunch of other languages including Swedish, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Norwegian. I've also taken a look at Albanian and Swahili which have been interesting to learn.HenryAndroid  

As an enthusiastic user of over a dozen languages in the company's earlier Talk Now! app and related products for PCs and Macs it's interesting to see the evolution to the current uTalk app. There are four things that really draw me to uTalk and their earlier eurotalk products. First, relatively speaking they are not nearly as expensive as some of their competitors. Second, the range of languages is much greater than their main competitors by a wide margin. They have had every language that I've wanted to explore. Third, the exercises tend to be relatively short, often taking 5 minutes or less. I can pop in and do a little bit of practice in a short time. Some other products I know when I use them I'm going to need a much longer chunk of time before I get to a convenient stopping point and end up deciding against doing it as a result. And fourth, they have terrific support, and I don't want to suggest I've had any major problems with the eurotalk or uTalk products but I have on occasion had the odd question or two and I've never been disappointed by the friendliness and quality of response I've gotten from their support team.Terry MillsAndroid
