This uTalk is a good deal because it is useful to both new learners and intermediate learners. The uTalk app is quite polished and it seems that the company is responsive. There are many words for new learners (I’m sure at least 1,500 words), plus many complex sentences that may contain up to 10-15 words (more sentences here than most other apps). There are English translations for the words and sentences, which are very helpful. The 65 lesson topics typically consist of 20-50 individual words or sentences. There are a variety of six types of quizzes with each topic—including very easy and very difficult quizzes. You need to be very familiar with the words to do well on the difficult quizzes. But you can skip the hardest quizzes and return to them later. Every app has strengths and weaknesses. All the language learning apps I have purchased so far are useful, but I like the format of uTalk better than the similar apps of Mondly and Learn&Play. The pronunciation methodology is better in uTalk than those other apps. Also, uTalk includes pronunciations from both North and South Vietnam for all words and sentences. Rosetta Stone has a different teaching structure than uTalk. RS is very good, but it is better to have some knowledge of individual words before starting with Rosetta Stone, or it may be too difficult for new learners. Even after using RS, this is a good app to have.uTalk CustomeriPhone
This language app is so good because there are so many languages and you can hear native speakers say the words so you know how to say the wrds properly. I'm also so happy they have Kurdish! No app has Kurdish and especially so you can hear the people speak so I'm really happy I found an app that has Kurdish in both dialects too!Zara9898iPhone

uTalk helped me learn French just a week before my holiday, I was able to download a language and continue using the app without a network connection which came in extremely handy on the go when needing to refresh my memory and top up on my French. Overall very smart thorough app with no annoying glitches or ads. Would recommend to anyone wanting to learn any language, this app has every language under the sun.danl1992iPhone
I have absolutely loved this app. It’s the only app I have found that teaches the correct Egyptian Arabic instead of just general arabic and so far it has helped me so much to communicate with my husbands family however I have got so far earning coins to go into new topics and I am now at the point where I have completed topics so have no way of earning anymore so either have to buy coins or pay the subscription to continue which is very disappointing as I didn’t want to stop using this app

I'm learning Esperanto and this app is fun for teaching you the basics of the language! Great learning tool for Esperanto! I recommend it for learning Esperanto! The memory game is quite challenging!Joey LAndroid
I am learning Brazilian Portuguese. I'm looking forward to see how this app develops. There are many features I love. It's great to hear the vocab in both a male and female voice that sounds natural. Thank you so much for not using the usual robotic simulated voices. The games are nice and I love that I can record myself easily and then immediately compare my sounds to those of the native speakers. Keep up the good work and well done for trying to produce something different from all the other apps out there.Jim HoyleAndroid
